Registration is free and person who is using our service must agree to our terms and conditions. All information and terms, including text information from FAQ , which are posted to our website www.shoppoint.us,are true and is a part of our services .Terms of Use is a agreement between our company and person who are using our services and active after clicking agree baton at the end of terms and conditions information .

 Gzavnili LLC is responsible for the services which are posted on our website in our services page. Gzavnili LLC Reserves a right to change a service which will be notified by mail 

Prices  

Gzavnili calculate cost of transportation according to actual and value weight of parcel. If value weight of parcel is higher than a actual weight then cost of transportation will be calculated according to value weight. Value weights calculate formula is as follow: Height multiplies length multiply depth and divided on 6000 (For centimeter and KG). Higher weight will be counted as a weight of parcels and will be multiply on $8, which will give you an actual cost of item.  

Gzavnili LLC Also reserves a right to around parcel weight up to 0.5 KG. All parcels after 0.5KG will not be rounded and will be sending as it is.

Value weight reduction   

Gzavnili is responsible to reduce your items value weight, (If such a things needed) and offers transportation of two or more items as a one if such an instruction will be requested from the shippercustomers

To avoid damages of the item, we do not proved reduction of shoes boxes, electric product or fragile items.

Courier services  

We offer courier services in Tbilisi and service value is included in price of shipping. We do not offer courier services if cost of shipping is not paid prior.

Courier will bring an item to the address registered in our system. If your address is changed you are responsible to notify prior to shipping. Courier will deliver your item only once. To change your address customer has to log in and go to profile and change from the website. We do not offer address changing by phone.  

We do not bring item to upper levels of apartment. Before arriving to your address, courier will contact customer by phone and if communication will be failed, your item will be automatically delivered to our office, from where you will be responsible to take it home.  

To accept a parcel customer has to provide picture ID with receiver’s name. We do not accept any copies of ID. After providing an Id customer has to sign a receiver form and accept an item.

Third party  

Gzavnili LLC will give a parcel to third party if person will be able to present receivers ID card, passport or any picture ID. We do not accept any copies of ID.  

Terms of transportation  

All parcels received in our office before Thursday 4p.m. will be shipped once a week, every Thursday and average shipping of time is 7 days from Thursday. All items will be shipped with original invoices for the simplicity of custom clearance.

Parcels will be delivering to the main office in Tbilisi and customers will be able to pick up on next day. Courier services will be available after 3-4 days of parcel arrival in Tbilisi.

Insurance

We offer insurance only for the items bought from stores promoted by our website and bought from www.shoppoint.us from the moment of purchase till the moment of signing by recipient of parcel. Price of insurance is including in our service. Items bought from the stores not promoted by our website will be insured from the moment it will arrives to our office.

In insurance we offer insurance of items from outside damage and from the lost of parcel. We do not offer product checking services such as checking of working conditions of electric goods etc. We do not offer checking of items inside a box if box is not damage from outside.

If received box is not damaged from outside and item inside is damaged, or slightly damage, Gzavnili LLC does cover cost of damage.  In such a case receiver has to pay cost of transportation otherwise item will become a properti of Gzavnili LLC 

We offer insurance of Jewelry which will be 3% from the Value of jewelry 

Price of insurance will be determined by the price of item in the box 

Custom Clearance

According to the custom law of Georgia, all items worth over 300 lari are a subject of custom clearance.

Gzavnili LLC is not responsible for the custom clearance over 300 lari. It is customer’s full responsibility to pay custom fee to the custom of Georgia or in any banks of Georgia.

If item purchased by customer is more than 300 lari worth customer should send to us original invoice. All responsibilities about accuracy and originality of invoice is on the customer.

Transportation prohibited items

Please see all lists of non transportable items to avoid any problems related to these items. If customer still send us non transportable item, Gzavnili LLC is not responsible for any confiscation of this good from Georgia or USA customs sides. 

Other Terms and Conditions

Gzavnili LLC & www.shoppoint.us does not takes any responsibilities if customer makes any mistakes during ordering or gives wrong address or zip code in the field of delivery address.

Changing of adrees from the side of customers after shipping of items is not permitted. Already shipped items will be delivered on the address indicated prior in registration field.

All conversation performed by phone, Skype or emails send to Gzavnili LLC is recorded or monitored for training purposes

Customer agree that all  identification Cards presented by Customer is Original and all responsibilities related to the documentation rely on our customers
